I stayed here with my partner at the start of November last year (2023), and from stepping into the front entry it was so quiet and clean. The reception people were lovely, the public spaces were open, roomy, and so clean, and having a nice coffee machine available 24/7 with actual decaf in there was Manchester slots a novelty for me! We used the gym as well, which did get a bit busy when 5 people were using it, but everyone was polite and the gym space was again very clean. Miserable place. I challenge you to find the staff smiling and the floor manager is even worse. The culture must be really bad. Any attempt at having a joke with the staff is cut down straight away and treated as if customers are being rude.
